Refund Policy

Who this policy is from. This refund policy is issued by Howland Liva, the operator of Astrulite. It applies to purchases made through the Astrulite website, including Pro and Studio subscription plans, credit packs, and marketplace bundles.

30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. This applies to first-time subscription payments, credit-pack purchases, and marketplace bundle purchases.

How to request a refund. Our payment provider, Paddle.com, is the Merchant of Record for all Astrulite orders and processes refunds on our behalf. To request a refund:

  1. Go to paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to look up your order.
  2. Open the order and choose the refund or cancellation option, or reply to any Paddle receipt or invoice email to reach Paddle's buyer support.
  3. You can also email us at support@astrulite.com and we will forward the request to Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle. Bank processing times may vary.

Recurring subscriptions. You can cancel a recurring Pro or Studio subscription at any time from your account settings or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access to paid features until then. Renewal charges outside the 30-day window are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where the service was materially unavailable.

Credits. Unused credits from a refunded credit-pack purchase will be removed from your balance when the refund is processed. Credits that were spent before the refund request are not refundable, except where the underlying operation failed (in-app failure refunds are handled automatically and are separate from this policy).

Marketplace bundles. Digital marketplace bundles are refundable within the 30-day window. We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles for the same bundle.

Statutory rights. This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you have as a consumer under your local law, including any right of withdrawal.
