Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 5, 2026.

This page explains how Howland Liva ("Astrulite", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on astrulite.com and its subdomains.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage, and pixel tags. We refer to all of these as "cookies" below.

Categories we use

  • Strictly necessary. Required for authentication, session persistence, security, and to remember your consent choices. These cannot be disabled. Examples: Supabase auth session tokens, CSRF/anti-forgery tokens, our astra:consent preference.
  • Preferences. Remember UI choices such as theme and language. Set only after you use the relevant feature.
  • Analytics. Aggregated, non-identifying usage measurement to improve the product. Loaded only after you accept analytics.
  • Payments. Paddle sets its own cookies when you open a checkout, for fraud prevention and to complete the transaction. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record; see the Paddle privacy notice at paddle.com/legal/privacy.

Managing your choices

Use the cookie banner shown on your first visit to accept or reject analytics. You can revisit your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for astrulite.com — the banner will re-appear. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies from Settings.

Retention

Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies live for up to 12 months unless you clear them earlier.
